The following is a letter that my personal trainers sent to all of us members..I love them and this Tone it Up community. I can't even describe how much it's changing my life. I'm happier with myself, more confident, and I feel as if I've finally found the secret in life! haha. Seriously. I feel so blessed to have met so many nice girls that motivate me everyday.
This morning I woke up and totally didn't want to get out of bed. I got on instagram and my online TIU community on my phone while I'm in bed, and I see all of these motivating posts about....GETTING YOUR BUTT OUT OF BED. I was at the gym 20 minutes later.
I've tried so many things my entire life to get in shape, to eat healthy, and to keep motivated..but nothing worked. I just didn't understand anything I guess. Karena and Katrina put things in words that I understand, and I feel like the community are just instant best friends of mine. Whether or not we are moms, 50 years old, 15 years old, busy college students, 380 pounds, or 115 pounds -- we are all going for the same goal. We all have cheat days. We all have down days. But, I have people to back me up and support me. I can't wait for the meetup this week to meet my wonderful TIUutah girls!
The nutrition plan itself is truly amazing. It's so worth buying, and the online community to communicate with other girls is just that much better! It makes you feel involved, and makes you feel like you have thousands of other gym buddies because you're all doing the same workouts each day!

Letter from Karena & Katrina:
Today we want to remind you to let NOTHING stop you! YOU are the one in control of reaching your goals and dreams.
A lot of times we let fear stand in the way. Fear of failing, not being good enough and sometimes, fear of actually achieving our goal. We’re afraid of getting there and then wondering, now what? Success can be scary, because it’s a lot to take on. Once you reach your goal, you have a lot to live up to, right!?
It’s true. Just remember that we learn every-single-day. As soon as you reach one goal, you set another. We’re all a work in progress. Maintaining is part of the journey too.
Another thing that can stand in the way of our goals is life commitments: being a good student, employee, mother, daughter and friend. While these are all important aspects of life, we want you to remember this: As soon as you put YOU first, you’ll be able to give more to those around you!
The more confident you feel about yourself and in achieving your dreams, the more you can help others achieve theirs. You’ll encourage everyone around you, be a better mother, role model, and a more caring friend and companion. Be the example that your friends and family need. Only compare yourself to yesterday and not anyone else. Have you improved yourself from the day before? If the answer is yes, you are doing AMAZING!
We’re all unique, and your success cannot be compared to others. It’s what you can personally achieve in your lifetime. As long as you focus on that, you’ll exceed any of your own expectations, by far. We promise!
Another thing that can stop us from reaching our goals is the time and effort it takes to reach them. The dream might seem far fetched, like a million workouts, healthy choices and too many things need to be sacrificed to reach it. You may feel that it’s just too much work.
That’s simply not true! Every day that you’re afraid to put in the work, to improve yourself, is another day passed you’ll never get back. Stop waiting for tomorrow and DO what you promised yourself TODAY. We have faith in you. We believe in YOU.
Your dreams are as real as anyone else’s, so focus and remember what we tell you: this is your Dream Team. There are thousands of women in this amazing community, and all have similar goals: to achieve their Dreams and Desires, to feel Determined & Dedicated…with no distractions.
Today, let NOTHING stop you! Don’t let negative talk, self criticism, doubt, fear or anything that doesn’t serve you get in the way. Nothing! Let nothing stop you this week, next week and until you reach your goal. We’re holding you to it right now. Your commitment to yourself is so important, so you can give more love to others. Take action now. We DARE you! #LoveYourBody
