New blog name.

Let me explain my new blog name a little bit, because I did not just decide to name my blog Sassafrass because I thought the word was cute.

Sassfrass is me! Surprise!

It's my childhood name that I've been called forever.

It probably originated because I was called "Sissy" until I was like 12.

That's also a very embarrassing confession.

I was literally enrolled in my schools attendance as "Sissy."

Not the Sissy like, "You're a sissy!"

But like, the name. As in..little sister. Something like that.

So, Sassafrass came from that. And, I know that usually it's spelled Sassafras, but -- not here. 

I've been having so, so much fun designing and learning more about blogging.

I know I only have like, one follower -- but I know more people read than that and I appreciate it!

This blog is me, my family, my love for health, my life. 

I hope you enjoy the new look, and the new additions to come -- because I'm not done designing and playing. If you have tips, or tutorials, tell me! I'd love to learn more.
